The email delivery depends of your server or SMTP server, also check if email was arrived to spam folder.

Hi guys,
I have got a strange problem running the latest release. New users sending an email for the first time get the new account confirmed by e-mail. But the ticket does not get confirmed by an e-mail. The same goes for other tickets after the first. I only have on emailadres and department defined. Please help. Hub |
