At the moment, agents can be assigned to have access to tickets in a restricted subset of departments.
However, when handling a ticket, they can choose to assign it to a department they don't have access to. They can also see the full list of departments in the "Department" dropdown on the ticket interface (not just the departments they have access to).
If an agent doesn't have rights to tickets in a particular department, it would be helpful to be able to hide that department from them completely.
Do you have any plans for this?
