hi I recently installed helpdeskz and have the site working fine except agents are not receiving any emails, like if there's a new ticket or reply. is there a log I can check to see why it's not working?

Same issue on a fresh install.
(Ticket confirmation emails get sent, but agent notifications don't.)

Ditto. Fresh install this weekend. Other emails appear to be working but not the email to notify agents of a new ticket.
