Good day,
Full of anticipation, I have now set up a Linux machine to also take a look at helpdeskz, but unfortunately I can't get any further here.
I have carefully worked through the documentation and fulfilled all system requirements.
Unfortunately, I always get the same message:
Whoops!
We seem to have hit a snag. Please try again later...
No matter where I am.
.htaccess is of course available.
I don't know of any solution that I could work through. I would be very happy about some help.
System info:
Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Apache (Mod rewrite is enabled and works)
php7.4.3 (intl, mbstring and imap installed and confirmed in php info)
MySQL Ver 15.1 Distrib 10.3.34-MariaDB, for debian-linux-gnu (x86_64) using readline 5.2
phpmyadmin installed (works fine. wouldnt without mod_rewrite)
Web server root: /var/www/html
If there is anything more you need to know, just tell me.
Bye,
Luuk
