IMAP not Fetching properly

Hello,
imap wrong me is not properly fetching to my mails. no tickets are created when i send new email to mailing address. CronJob add screenshot attached.

Hi,

If tickets are not created, then verify that credentials are correct, also you can check your logs in /hdz/writable/logs to verify any issue

Hi,
check again all account credentials and test on outlook, than try there but INBOX not fetching and not show email there. if you send new ticket on dashboard its sending on time but you reply the email back it not show on Helpdesk panel.
please add option Email Account Fetching (Testing Email Check)
