Is it possible to create a notes system for agents? I've tried adding PHP comments section next to reply tab in ticket_view.php but couldn't get it work. Would be great if you could add something like that.
Also multi-level selection when submitting ticket would be nice. What I mean is something like this:
- Category 1
--- Problem 1
--- Problem 2
--- ...
- Category 2 (When clicked, items under Category 1 option wil be hidden)
--- Problem 1 (hidden until Category 2 is clicked.)
--- ...
When user clicks on Category option it would "spawn" other options to choose from (radio or checkbox) which would be sent to the agents.
I hope you get what I'm saying. Anyway, great job! HelpDeskZ is running great and it is the best ticketing system I've tested so far.

Oh, and also choosing priority by user when submitting a ticket would be nice.
