I'm not aware that a GUI language selector exists.
HelpDeskZ's language support is fairly rudimentary. You define the list of supported languages by setting $negotiateLocale to true and updating the $supportedLocales list in the hdz/app/Config/App.php file. Then you drop your translations (each in their own folder) into hdz/app/Language.
HelpDeskZ will analyse the HTTP Accept-Language header from the browser to see what language the browser accepts and will serve that language if available. If not, then the first language in the $supportedLocales will be used.
If you need to make language selectable (and configurable per profile), then you'll have to form HelpDeskZ and code that up yourself.
