I have installed helpdeskz and added custom fields like city, mobile and country (all required) in registration form (submit ticket form.. submitting first ticket..). It is working ok.
Problem is : when customer login and go to Submit Ticket, these custom fields are shown which is not expected as this data is already provided by this user while registering (submitting first ticket).
How to hide or remove these custom fields for Logged In user >> Submit Ticket form ?
