New ticket as existing user - psyneck - 06-02-2021

Hello, I would like to ask for some changes:

1) When you create a New ticket as an existing user, it creates a new user. I think that's wrong.
2) It would be useful to show the Department of a user in Users view tab.
3) You cannot edit or delete a reply of a ticket.

Anyone that finds these useful?
