Hi!
I have tried HelpDeskZ and I liked it. But I have problems with relevant search results.
There is some html-formatted text in article. For example: "test me, please!". When I try to search "test me", I don't get results.
Actually, I would like also to get result for search "test please".
Both variants are worked in redmine, but I would like to use HelpDeskZ, because it is on PHP and it is good looked
