View all tickets option - rv545 - 04-22-2021

I would like an "All" option under the tickets view, similar to the Active, Overdue, Answered and Closed options.
It would also be nice if the Search function could somehow be minimized, perhaps moved to the upper right corner and only expanded when activated?
