Why do all of the docs tell me to go to /install??? It doesn't exist anywhere in your zip and only gives me not found errors when I try to browse to it per your documentation. How are you supposed to install this???

Hi,
The path /install is not a folder, you have to access in your browser, if it does not work, then rewrite rule is not working and you must configure it.
