Custom Fields cannot be edited o completed by Staff - Pablo - 03-28-2021

Andres, it would be great to include Custom Fields created in Tools, in Staff's new ticket form. In the User Panel is possible to complete this custom field, but the Staff cannot edit them when replying or when creating a new ticket this fields are not shown. Thanks you for this great Help Desk system!!

Andres, seria genial la posibilidad de incluir los Campos Personalizados que podemos crear en Herramientas, cuando creamos un nuevo ticket como Staff. En el Panel de Usuarios es posible utilizar estos Campos Personalizados, pero logueado como Staff no es posible ni editarlos cuando respondemos un Ticket, ni completarlos cuando creamos uno nuevo, estos campos no aparecen en este ultimo caso. Muchas gracias por este gran sistema de Help Desk!!

I have the same issue. No access to custom fields for staff, neither can they see the custom fields.
Also when user reply to a ticket the custom field is not shown.

The custom field is not seen when users react to tickets.
