Ticket not marked overdue or closed - cord.schneider - 03-24-2021

I've noticed that tickets are not marked as overdue after "Default reply time deadline" elapses. And they are not marked as closed after "Default time to close ticket" elapses.

Is there a CRON job that should be set up to ensure this works correctly?

Issue of autoclose was solved in v2.0.2
