email templates autoresponse doesn't work y and it does not reach the user's email - yhonaqc - 03-10-2021
Good morning I recently installed the latest version of helpdeskz, however I would like you to help me,
Activate the email autoresponder template, but the message does not arrive when an email is sent from: [email protected], that is, the autoresponder notification does not arrive at [email protected], what could be wrong? since i installed it it doesn't work.
All templates work except the autoresponder
