Replies by email are also added to ticket, but you should configure the IMAP tool or email piping:

Hi,
I have tested with both imap and pipe settings and configurations but still nothing. The only email the system picks up is the if a new user sends an email for the first time. After that nothing. I also have the same issue as other users of agents not receiving emails when a client replies but clients receive emails when an agent replies from within the application. The 2 issues could be related.
