Agent password reset - AlphabetSoup - 05-03-2023
Am I missing something or is there no forgot password option or any sort of reset, besides the admin manually doing it, for agents? Sorry if I am just blind.
If not, would a system need to be made from scratch or could you easily repurpose the user forgot password system?

Nope, you're not blind - there doesn't appear to be a link on the staff/agent login view to allow agents to reset their passwords if they have forgotten them. The only way appears to be manually doing it as an admin.

I doubt that you could repurpose the existing 'forgot password' code as it is specific to clients. But you should be able to easily replicate what's there and make it for agents. It doesn't look particularly complicated.
