I would like to use Helpdeskz on my server, but I found a problem after installation. When I want to register tickets (emails) from two different email addresses (so that the tickets are divided into two departments), the system accepts only 1 email address. Second, tickets to Helpdeskz are not accepted (e-mails from the next defined e-mail address will not be downloaded).
Is there any way to solve this situation? Is it necessary to make some settings directly on the server?
