Error 500 - CaptainHex - 12-15-2022
I tested this install using the download method and it failed with no installer printing on the screen, just an error 500.
Then tried via Softaculous, same result.
Any suggestions on this error 500 throw back.

HTTP error 500 is perhaps one of the most generic errors possible and basically means that something has gone wrong internally with the server. What operating system are you installing to? Have you looked at the server logs? Can you run us through the process - step by step - of what you've done to try and install HelpDeskZ?
