Can't get access - ralph - 08-04-2022

I changed my staff email and now I can't login or reset my password, is there a way to reset the admin user? in phpadmin maybe?

Hi ralph!

You can simply log into phpmyadmin to access the Database.
If you installed everything in dthe standard way, there you should see something like this:
[attachment=207]

Sure your DB names will be different. But you need to enter the HelpdeskZ DB. In my case its "helpdesk".
If you are not sure about the name, expand every DB and check for this build:
[attachment=208]

The enter hdz_staff by simply clicking on it.
Now it should look like that and you can simply double click at the EMail adress and change it:
[attachment=209]

I am having trouble with my email. I am changing the password, but the verification code is not arriving. Could you please tell me how to resolve this issue.

What do you mean by "the verification code is not arriving"? Can you explain what you have tried already?
