Change language, avatar and logo size - noski - 06-04-2022

Hi, i'm blind maybe, but i can't find the way to change/set  the language... Can you help me? And another think - i can see some issues with my uploaded avatar and logo... Avatar is too high oval and logo too wide?

What exactly are the problems with your avatar?
I tried it once in a clean install. When I upload an avatar that is 512x512 pixels, everything works fine.
Please describe in more detail what your problem is.



The language can be easily changed by editing the following:

Open the file:
hdz/app/Config/Helpdesk.php

And change the following country code to your desired one:
    #Default helpdesk language
    const DEFAULT_LANG = 'en';

Please note!
You must of course have another language available if you change that. For example, if you choose "br" as country code and don't have a "br" folder in your Language folder, it won't work!

Hi Luuk,

I change the default language to 'es' and create a folder "es" but the language still english; I don't know if I need to download the files translated to spanish and upload into the 'es' folder. 

Where can I get the spanish files?

As mentioned above, you will need to have the Spanish in the es folder. You can download them from here:
