Gmail configuration - no incoming replies - dsirois - 07-20-2021
Hi everyone!
I did set up Helpdeskz with no problem, I can create a new ticket and the ticket is received in my email.
But when I answer to the ticket, I never get any replies...I did tried both POP / IMAP and nothing seems to be working...
Anyone got an idea why ?

Helpdeskz was easy to set up; I'm now able to generate a ticket and have it sent to my inbox.

Don't know if you have fixed it yet? I'm having the same thing today.
