Did you get that error before or after installation?
If it's before, did you try to visit yourhelpdesk.com/install ?

Hola Andres, ya lo tengo arreglado, el error fue mio, tenia un problema de permisos y al intentar acceder a /install no me dejaba ese error salia si intentba ir a la raiz... Muchas gracias por la respuesta, excelenete trabajo, espero poder colaborar
