Multi User Access to Tickets - ronny - 07-14-2021

I use Helpdeskz for our internal ticketing system. It is great. I modified though the views, so all users can see all tickets, to avoid double ticket entry for the same issue.
This works fine, except when a user replies (or posts another message) the original users appears in the message as the one that posted that message. It would be great to modify this. But that would require a modification in the whole data model, because the user_id would have to be stored on the message, instead of just a 1 for a customer message.
