Help! Install Problem! - Backser - 06-27-2021
Hi everyone, I met an install problem!
When I tried to visit the site installed HelpDeskZ (http://mysite.com/), it alerted me 'Whoops! We seem to have hit a snag. Please try again later...'. After I check the install guide, I tried to edit /hdz/app/Config/HelpDesk.php, this is my change:

And after, I can use the URL: http://mysite.com/index.php/install to install HelpDeskZ, but the new problem was appeared. It cannot load style files. I feel very sad.�:(� �Though it didn't load style files, but I can install your system sucessfully. And when I tried to edit files /hdz/app/Config/HelpDesk.php to: const SITE_URL = 'https://support.hyderlift.com/', it didn't appear the style files and index page again!!! I need help.plz help me!!
