email piping issue.

I have done the email piping setup as per the instruction given in the website, I also performed the same in CPanel. Now the issue is when I send email to the piping email id from another email it jut deliveries to piping email id webmail box no sign of creating ticket in Helpdeskz nor delivers with ticket id, it just delivers as send from another email.

Kindly help me out in this.



  • Mine set up successfully with no issues. There are a couple of things you might want to double check.

    Make sure the address is piped to the correct destination:
    Set up the email address to pipe data to the "/includes/pipe.php file" , for example to:

    Also make sure file /includes/pipe.php has executable permissions. On Linux servers CHMOD this file to 755 (rwxr-xr-x).
