Correlation with ACG Grade and Clinical Outcome
The averaged rDensitymax from all 5 raters was found to be strongly correlated with ACG grade (r of Spearman correlation test = 0.869, P < 0.001). The averaged ?PT, however, showed little correlation with ACG grade (r = −0.050, P = 0.845).
The reperfusion status of each patient was provided to AMD-070
partial correlation analysis for controlling its effect on correlation. The partial correlation coefficient between rDensitymax and mRS at 3 months was 0.616, P = 0.009
of ?PT and mRS at 3 months was 0.286, P = 0.265. The partial correlation between ACG score and mRS was −0.493, P = 0.044.
Linear regression showed rDensitymax was in linear correlation with ACG (r = 0.894, P < 0.001) and mRS (r = −0.709, P = 0.001), whereas such correlation was not found between ?PT and ACG score or mRS (r = 0.038, P = 0.881; r = −0.155, P = 0.539, respectively) ( Figure 2).
